• Drafting and wording contracts of all types, studying them legally and in terms of subject matter, and addressing the problems relevant to their implementation before they occur.
• Undertake civil and commercial cases and labor disputes relevant to the private or oil sector.
• Undertake penal cases, including those related to the protection of intellectual property ,patents, trademarks and electronic crimes.
• Undertake all administrative disputes.
• Arbitration and conciliation
• Executing judgments and relevant procedures such as travel bank, complaint against the same, apprehension and seizure orders,etc.
• Provide legal services to clients outside the State of Kuwait through The foreign legal section
• Submit constitutional objections and cassation objections in all cases and reply to the same.
